"Kim was dynamic, enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable about social media. Her presentation to our GKIC audience was new, fresh and had several things in it that I discovered and hadn't known before. Her passion for marketing and how to use social media is infectious and refreshing and love how she shared new things that are happening with social media. It's obvious she keeps up with trends and our GKIC audience was more than pleased with all the cutting edge information she shared
that they could implement in their businesses right away."

The York County CVB has partnered with Kim and IO Creative Group for a number of years. We worked together in March 2012 on an educational session, "Driving Sales Through Facebook". We invited our tourism partners to attend an intimate restaurant setting, overlooking the Susquehanna River, to learn how to harness the power of social media to drive their business. We maxed out the capacity of the meeting space! The session exceeded our partners' expectations.
We look forward to a continued relationship with Kim and her Team at IO Creative Group.

Having attended several workshops and trainings on communications none have come close to what was offered through the IO Creative Communications Boot Camp. Many Communications Trainings provide the latest tips and new marketing ideas but it seems like no one ever provides the “how to” communicate effectively. Kim not only provided our staff with the tools necessary to effectively communicate but also taught us how to communicate in a way that allows us to see our return on the investment and evaluate success. I would recommend IO Creative to anyone seeking to improve their communications strategies.
Thank you again,
It has taken me a while to recover from the conference, but finally, I am back on my feet and ready for the next one.Your workshop was so charged with energy and information, that I didn't know whether to be happy for all of the information I was getting or totally embarrassed for the way I had just run my Summit campaign. From the gate, you came out with information that immediately changed my thinking, and moved me to a Marketing perspective that I had never experienced. You presentation made the principles so easy to grasp and I could simultaneously see my mistakes and at the same time, a way correcting it. I can't wait for more opportunities to glean from your field of expertise.
A friend of mine who was at the Summit and purchased your book is having a concert and she has learned so much on what and what not to do to market her concert. One of us will pose the question, "because awareness campaigns are what?" and we both will say STUPID!! Thank you so much for the deposit, energy and information you so freely poured in our lives . . . because awareness campaigns are what?... Stupid!
Gotta do it BIG!!!

I was worried that your seminar would be way over my head and therefore a waste of my time. Wow!! You inspire me! I realize now that "I CAN" work with social media after all. It's a learning process that seems overwhelming at first, but when you presented it all to us I decided to jump in with both feet. Thank you for being so positive and supportive.

The world of social media marketing is so fast paced and ever changing, makes your head spin at times. Kim had amazing advice that I could utilize right away on Facebook and build my "like list" and not spend a dime. Facebook is a gold mine of potential customers and I look forward to learning more from Kim about ways to increase my ROI!

“We recently engaged Kim to provide LinkedIn training for our consultants. What really impressed us was her philosophy and approach to using LinkedIn as a means to make an online connection that leads to an offline conversation. She took the time to really understand our business and how we could use this resource to the fullest extent consistent with our needs and business parameters. She also provided some valuable insight into the research capabilities of LinkedIn which will prove most useful in our marketing and sales process. If you are looking to maximize this valuable resource for your business, I would encourage you to have a conversation with Kim.”
